  • Live Guest Communication: From last-minute questions to day-of announcements, we provide timely, consistent communication throughout your celebration.

Our Process

We work alongside you and your wedding organizer / planner to build a guest experience that is organized from the beginning and well supported through the celebration.

Step 2: Guest Setup

We prepare everything needed to support your guests.

We organize your guest information, communication plan, and— for Digital Concierge clients—build a shared event reference with you and your wedding planner.

Step 3: Guest Management

We manage guest communication from invitation to arrival.

From invitation distribution and RSVP tracking to reminders, guest enquiries, and updates, we keep your guests informed throughout the planning process.*

Step 4: On the Day

We support your guests when it matters most.

We support QR check-in, guest reception, and day-of communication so your guest management carries through to the celebration.

  • No, RSVP management is just one part of what we do.

    We use your existing invitation to manage guest information, distribute invitations, track RSVPs, and keep your guests informed throughout the celebration.

    For Digital Concierge clients, we also provide dedicated support for guest enquiries.

  • Not at this moment. Your invitation is created separately by you or your chosen invitation designer. Once your invitation is ready, we help distribute it to your guests and manage the guest communication that follows.

  • No, we work alongside your wedding planner, not in place of them. We coordinate on guest-related information and logistics so that your planner can focus on the wider production of your celebration while we focus specifically on your guests.

  • For Digital Concierge clients, guests can reach TamuStudio through a dedicated WhatsApp channel. Our team is briefed on your celebration using a shared event reference prepared with you and your wedding planner, so we can provide accurate and consistent information without repeatedly going back to you.

  • We recommend starting around 2–3 months before your celebration, depending on your guest list, invitation timeline, and the level of support you need.

    We can also discuss your timeline during the initial consultation and determine when it makes sense to begin.

  • Yes, we support QR check-in, guest reception, and day-of guest communication digitally if needed.

    We coordinate with your wedding team so guest management continues smoothly into the event.

  • Yes. Every celebration has different guest needs, timelines, and levels of support. We start with a consultation to understand your celebration and recommend the appropriate level of service.
